Description
It is the largest all-terrain access platform in the world and the “queen of the air” – the WT 1000 from PALFINGER. It was developed to facilitate assembly and service work on wind turbines. The WT 1000 is mounted on a five-axle all-terrain crane chassis, making it ideal for off-road use. The heavy-duty basket can carry nominal loads of up to 600 kg. This access platform can be set up in four different stabilising configurations, meaning that it can even be used in confined spaces – Gravity Powered Drive (patented energy recovery system for operating the platform even with the vehicle engine switched off) – Telescopic basket with 530 kg basket load and integrated preparation for Powerlift system – Second control stand offers optimal view of the boom system and allows control from the base – Max. support width of 7.50 m
